Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Friends of Friends. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to our team via email, and we'll take care of the rest.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it—this includes keeping the original packaging intact. We take great pride in the carefully designed packaging, and we ask that you return your item in the same thoughtful presentation you received it.
